Honestly, it was bad, very bad. The facilities, the rooms, the cleanliness, the service, and especially the management (who will surely come in and say that I'm not identified and that they don't know what we're talking about). The only positive thing about it is that it's right next to the tram, but the service to everything and everyone was terrible.

A very bad experience. Their main concern is always to improve their image. The well-being and health of the residents...not so much. March 14, 2025 It's been reported where appropriate. You want all the real negative reviews from family members to seem fake, and perhaps the "very positive" reviews are the ones that can mislead those looking for truthful information. (People aren't stupid.) A piece of advice for those looking for it: don't even think about it.

A few months ago, we moved my grandmother there. She came from another care home and we had to take her out. Here, despite her condition, they accepted her and treated her as any person deserves to be treated. What surprised me most was the affection with which each staff member treated her, almost without knowing her and knowing they wouldn't get a response from her. It was such a relief to find a care home like that.

Excellent residence with a professional and attentive team. They offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with personalized care and activities that enrich residents' daily lives. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Highly recommended.
