Opiniones

With all due respect, and speaking from my own experience, I don't understand the negative comments. My mother was at this center until her passing, and the treatment of both patients and their families was exceptional at all times. The cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities were impeccable. The medical staff, physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, and caregivers demonstrated incredible professionalism. The reception staff was fantastic (thank you, Tito, for how you took care of me). And the management was equally outstanding—always accessible, friendly, and professional. And thank you, Susana, for helping me from day one. It's true that there might have been a minor disruption at some point, but let no one doubt that the professionalism and compassion of the entire Foundation team is truly impressive.

The staff are professional and caring. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The food is generally good. At certain times, such as during mealtimes, more assistance would certainly be helpful, but that would be difficult due to the cost. Nothing is perfect, but this residence, which cares for highly dependent individuals, does its job well.

The manager's treatment of me was appalling; her solution was to tell me to find another residence instead of addressing the terrible food situation. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

My relative has been at the foundation for years, and initially we had high expectations due to the positive reviews we had received. However, over time, the quality of service has declined considerably. Although some staff members are attentive and dedicated to the residents, the staff shortage is evident, which affects the care provided. Furthermore, the quality of the food has noticeably decreased, and there have been particularly difficult periods regarding its preparation and variety. Another worrying problem is the increase in the number of residents, which has resulted in less personalized care. Despite the complaints we have filed, the management's response has been discouraging. Instead of seeking solutions, they have invited us to reconsider our stay, reflecting a complete lack of empathy, in stark contrast to the image of "humanity" they promote on their website. Finally, the presence of a doctor has been almost nonexistent during these years, which is a fundamental aspect of resident care. Overall, the experience has been very disappointing and has not met the expectations we had when we joined.

For a year and a half, my mother was in this care home. I arrived with confidence, but that confidence quickly crumbled. At first, she could eat on her own and walk around, which seemed positive, but barely a week later, they had moved her to the assisted living dining room. The reason? I only realized this over time. Although she ate independently, she did so more slowly than they deemed necessary to maintain their schedule. Instead of adapting to her pace, they prioritized their internal organization. The staff is generally kind and professional, but, as everywhere, there is a small group with an unpleasant attitude. However, the most alarming thing was when we decided to move her to a different care home. Upon arriving at the new one, they performed blood tests, and the results were appalling. This made it clear that, beyond what was visible, the medical care and monitoring of her health during her stay were inadequate. On the other hand, the worst part is the management: no matter how many complaints or suggestions you make, don't expect any response. It seems that the concerns of the families aren't important to them, and that, in a place like this, is very frustrating. In short, although some employees strive to do their jobs well, the overall management left much to be desired.
