My grandmother died. The wound she was receiving from neglect became infected. At the hospital, already very ill, they told us she even had maggots in her open wound. No wonder she was in so much pain. You can imagine, all she asked was to be lifted because it hurt so much. This prevented them from operating on her because she was very old and wouldn't have been able to endure it. It was blatant negligence. Her last words were, "Don't take me there, they're demons." I seriously doubt, if not outright believe, that they don't have qualified staff. They can't bring my grandmother back to me; I just hope I can help others and that no one else has to go through the same thing.
