La Residencia de Ancianos Madre de Dios de Begoña recibe principalmente valoraciones excelentes destacando la dedicación del personal, la calidad de las instalaciones, la buena alimentación y la limpieza, con familias que la consideran superior a otras residencias más costosas. Sin embargo, hay críticas aisladas sobre dificultades de comunicación telefónica y una experiencia muy negativa respecto al ambiente general y la calidad de la atención, lo que sugiere posible inconsistencia en los servicios o experiencias muy dispares entre usuarios.

My mother has been in this residence for two years now. Words can't express how grateful I am. It's true that nothing is perfect, but this place has so many positive aspects. I love the staff's kindness; they are caring, cheerful, and treat the residents very well. There are also some lovely volunteers who come to do activities with them. The facilities are new, welcoming, and very beautiful. It also has a lovely little patio outside, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The food is very good, and the cleanliness is excellent. Years ago, my father was in several residences, some of the most expensive in Zaragoza, but I wish I had known about this one. What a difference compared to any other! I don't write many reviews, but I decided to write this one because I hope it might help someone when deciding where to take their loved one.

Horrible. I wouldn't take anyone there, least of all a loved one. The residents were quiet and sad. The worst care home I've ever visited.
