A highly unrecommended experience. Poor care for the elderly; not enough staff for all the seniors who require assistance and have limited mobility. The food at the residence is quite bad. If you have a relative who needs help, don't take them to this center; take them to another that is more qualified and has sufficient staff to care for them. The doctor was terrible, and the service was very poor. There are many elderly people, and it's impossible for them to care for them as they deserve. My mother was there for a month, three weeks of which she spent in the hospital. And she certainly never went back. Don't be fooled by the advertising.

Nursing home with ample facilities. 12-story building. Large lounges and a very spacious dining room. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Drawbacks: overworked auxiliary staff, distant and cold in their manner. Sometimes they even lose their composure. Elderly residents do not receive the care and attention they deserve. Superficial cleaning with significant shortcomings. There are only two public elevators. The wait to use one is excessively long; the wait time feels interminable. It is not a recommended residence. There are many areas for improvement, and it is up to the owners and managers to address them. It depends solely on them. It is not a good option, nor is it a place to be regarded. Much work needs to be done; a great task lies ahead.

Terrible! This residence has a high rate of neglect towards residents. The caregivers sit in a room waiting for the call bell, and when they finally get a notification, they take an unimaginable amount of time. (I saw it with my own eyes). And the room cleaning... well, what can I say? It's like giving the cat a bath. I've seen a lot of cleaning staff come and go, and it turns out the worst cleaners are the ones who stay on (the older, Spanish ones; one of them is the manager in charge of the laundry). And these women treat the cleaning staff, practically all of whom are Latina, with a contempt and disdain that borders on harassment. And beware of extra charges; sometimes they list changes of sheets or extra towels that weren't actually provided. Don't make the mistake of putting your family members there.

A nursing home with a hotel apartment for the most qualified. For residents who need more care, it has—in the case I know—a spacious room with a shared bathroom. The treatment is generally attentive and caring from the professionals who care for them, although it is important to be on hand to personalize the most specific needs of your loved one, explaining them in detail. It offers hairdressing, podiatry, or rehabilitation services upon request. Once a week, a group of young students also brighten up the afternoon. They even play bingo with the residents, sing their songs, chat, etc. in the common area at the entrance. It also has a chapel where Mass is celebrated daily. Outside, there is a large space—next to the La Romareda football stadium—where many bars and restaurants serve as a relaxing area.

As a residency, it has many shortcomings. As a company, if you're on a temporary contract, if it ends, and they give you a new one, they don't give you severance pay (something that's totally subject to criminal charges). They often make permanent contracts so they can claim benefits and then fire you with disciplinary dismissal to avoid giving you notice and paying you severance pay. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
