My mother was there for three years, with its ups and downs. The staff is very caring and professional, my mother is treated very well, it's clean, and I think the food is good. One drawback: the day my mother passed away, the director, whom I haven't met in person, only by phone, didn't come to offer condolences or anything. I found it a bit inhumane.
