After visiting the San Gregorio residence on Calle del Pinar (Zamora) for a while, and based on the staff's attention to the residents, the cleanliness and maintenance of the complex (which can always be improved), and the care provided by the professionals responsible for the residents, the monitoring staff, and the office staff, I give it five stars.

In the three and a half years my mother has been at the nursing home, she couldn't have been better cared for. From the medical and nursing staff to the cleaning staff, the assistants, administrative staff, and reception staff, the treatment has been excellent. We are very happy to have chosen this nursing home.

We left my mother in the care of this nursing home, thinking she'd be well cared for. The medical condition was terrible, even resulting in clashes with the doctor, Dr. Paolo, due to his lack of professionalism. The food was insufficient on many days. Let's not forget that the nursing home is private. The best thing was the receptionist, who was always willing to inform you. The social worker needs to retrain because she's lacking in management skills. Before admitting any family members, be careful. I have photos to corroborate what I'm saying in case anyone needs information.

There are long-term rewards that come from making a good decision. At some point in life, we have (due to circumstances) to change the course of the people we love. Personally, I'm very satisfied with Residencia San Gregorio. When I brought my father there, I asked myself a question: Sadness or hope? After several months, with some emotion, I can say that we can turn the lives of our loved ones around with a good decision. Thank you to all the staff.
