Edited: I rented from September 2023 to June 2024, because I see your memory is failing you. At that time, an Argentinian guy was working there. The reason I didn't leave a review earlier is because I thought it was already there. The apartment was on Paseo San Vicente, hopefully that will refresh your memory. Best regards. Horrible. They rented me an apartment that had unpaid electricity bills. They cut off the electricity because they hadn't changed the account holder and washed their hands of it. Months later, I received harassing phone calls from one of the employees, demanding to see the apartment whenever they felt like it because they wanted to sell it. They spoke rudely to me, saying the apartment wasn't mine and I couldn't decide whether they entered or not. They made about three viewings, but after that, no more. I don't recommend them.
