I never imagined I'd have to take my grandmother to a care home, but circumstances dictated it. Fortunately, my grandmother was delighted with Guillermo and the entire team. They took such wonderful care of her, and you could feel their affection every time you walked in or ran into one of them on the street. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her. Without a doubt, I think it's the closest thing to a home. My grandmother would say it's 100% recommended. Whenever you asked her, she'd say, "Everything's great." If you asked her, "Well, are any of them less friendly?" she'd say, "No. They're all great."
