La Residencia Santa Teresita cuenta con una abrumadora mayoría de valoraciones muy positivas que destacan la excelente calidad de atención, limpieza, trato cercano y cariñoso del personal hacia los residentes, generando confianza y paz mental en las familias. Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que cuestiona la competencia del personal y acusa de trato degradante, aunque esta opinión contrasta significativamente con el resto de testimonios y su credibilidad resulta dudosa dada la consistencia de las evaluaciones favorables.

El trato inmejorable. La limpieza maravillosa. La atención a los abuelos es cercana, cordial, cariñosa. El mejor sitio para que te cuiden cuando no puedes ya valerte por ti mismo. Mi tía lleva ocho años y se que está en las mejores manos. Un diez por ellos.

One of the worst humane treatment we've ever encountered in our lives. The staff is unfit to care for people. Conchi, the bus driver, is disgraceful. Poor manners and degrading treatment. I do not recommend this residence. We are convinced that the positive reviews are fake or just friends.

One of the best care homes in Valladolid. They do a fantastic job, providing excellent care for our elderly residents and giving us the confidence and peace of mind that they are perfectly looked after. It's worth highlighting the tremendous effort and hard work they are doing during this pandemic; thanks to all the staff at Santa Teresita, our residents are well and free of Covid. We couldn't have chosen a better care home for my father.

My mother, 96 years old and completely conscious, has been living in this nursing home for years, completely delighted and happy. The treatment is excellent, as are all the services.
