After a considerable stay with a family member under my care, the conclusion is that we were sold a 5-star hotel with the service of a bad roadside hostel. The only good thing about the center is its location, with a courtyard where the residents can be quite comfortable. However, until long after the residence opened, there wasn't even a chair for them to sit on. They make it very difficult for residents to leave the courtyard if they aren't completely independent, as it requires constant supervision. The staff is very limited and frequently changes, and the stair landings are full of junk (wheelchairs, etc.), making going up or down an obstacle course. The list of shortcomings is endless. And most importantly, there is ZERO human interaction; they are treated like just another piece of furniture. The quality-to-cost ratio is completely negative.

I must have gone to the wrong place...because everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive to the people there. Even though I had a mix-up with the schedule, they didn't make a fuss at all. The person who restocked the coffee machine even offered us a free cup. My relative was having a great time there. I must have gone into the museum by mistake without realizing it.

Loan sharks! Unfortunately, we took my mother to this nursing home years ago. Bad choice! Not only was she poorly cared for during her approximately 15-day stay, but they also charged us for the entire month when we had to rush her to the hospital, where she passed away.

The residence basically meets standards, with a small staff and a very large workload. Resident care is simple, with no personal attention, and almost no human touch. Suffice it to say that the center has an interior courtyard that first-floor residents are unaware of, and they remain constantly on their floor, suffering from the resulting physical and mental deterioration.

The director said she would call me when a place became available after the summer stays, around the third or fourth week of August. I needed a place for my mother after she was discharged from the hospital, and she explained that she would have one around that time and would let me know... but to this day, there has been complete disinterest and no professionalism. However, everything happens for a reason. Fortunately, she didn't call because the feedback I've received about the residence is terrible. In our case, we chose it because of its proximity, but what we've heard since then hasn't been good at all.
