My mother is very happy since she's been there. I see her as phenomenal. She plays cards, does gymnastics, and paints. They eat well. For now, I'm not unhappy. They treat them worse at the charity where I work. They work us to death and they're poor. It's horrible. Not here.

My family and I are very happy to have taken my grandmother to the Residence because of the humane treatment and the affection and respect with which the sisters of the Martha and Mary Congregation treat her every day

A very bad experience. My parents were hospitalized for a month and a half. They don't have enough staff; there are only nuns dedicated to prayer, but the elderly aren't well cared for. There are practically no workshops or activities. If you're dependent, they don't do any activities with them. My mother came in with a broken arm, and they didn't treat it well. Now it's immobile with stiff fingers. My father, who has cognitive dementia, called us to tell us we had to get them out of the nursing home in two hours. The doctor, a person devoid of empathy or humanity, doesn't listen to you or let you speak. The way she treated us was heartless and inhumane. There are also wonderful professionals like the nurse who treats the elderly very well and is very professional, humane, and empathetic with family members. It's a shame because the facilities are very nice and appropriate for the elderly, but they don't update them or invest in their maintenance.

It's a disgrace. If your relative becomes disoriented and gets up at night (due to dementia that has worsened during their stay), they'll be kicked out, just like they kicked my relative out, claiming they "can't adapt" and that "they can't handle him." And it's not just that "he can't be there" (understandably, because they don't have qualified staff to care for these patients either), they didn't even give us a few days to find another residence. They called us and told us we had to take him home that very morning. The doctor was arrogant, conceited, and completely lacking in empathy and humanity.

A nursing home that leaves much to be desired. They don't take good care of the elderly, and they don't treat the workers well either. Since the maintenance man left, everything has been a mess, with the gardens they have and they don't care about maintaining them...
