Very disappointed with the food. They don't respect the diets prescribed by the doctors. Meals are small. Little variety on the menu. We can no longer go into the dining room with them like before; we used to accompany them to their tables, but now we can't even do that.

Appalling treatment! The lack of information we families receive is shameful. Not a single message or detail after the death of a resident. The only thing we're sure of is the monthly bill. I recommend you keep looking.

Very disappointed with this nursing home. They won't let you fire a mother, claiming it's a preventive measure. Extremely poor management by the facility's management, who are the ones who take these kinds of inhumane measures.
