La Residencia Raíces III presenta opiniones muy divididas: mientras algunos residentes y familias elogian la profesionalidad, dedicación y atmósfera familiar del equipo de cuidadores, otros reportan una gestión autoritaria por parte de la dirección, restricciones excesivas en las visitas y falta de transparencia en las comunicaciones y cobros adicionales. Esta polarización sugiere que la calidad de la experiencia depende significativamente de la gestión administrativa y que existen problemas de comunicación y transparencia que requieren atención.

Words cannot express the profound gratitude we feel upon leaving Raíces III Residence after the passing of our beloved aunt. For three years, despite the challenges, we felt at ease because we witnessed the staff's unwavering professionalism, coupled with their generosity, compassion, and dedication to the care of the patients and their families. It is precisely this family atmosphere that we cherish most, knowing that we were all working together as a team to provide the best possible care for our aunt. Beyond time and distance, we will always remember these three years and this wonderful residence. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the entire team. You have been a blessing to my aunt and to our whole family.

After a while, I sadly have to say that the director of this nursing home is a despot. I have never encountered a person responsible for the care and well-being of people who treats both staff and residents like this. During the COVID era, national measures were taken that had to be respected. However, when these measures were lifted, the director managed the nursing home as she pleased. We were unable to visit the room to see its condition, nor go beyond a visiting room and the courtyard. The treatment we received when we visited (again, by the director) was terrible, as if we were subjects... It's unheard of for people like that to treat elderly people. They live for and by the business. We were charged an extra fee to help the resident for a few days, as he had fallen and couldn't do it alone. There's no problem paying it, but I think advance notice of the reason and the amount should be given. In short, it's a nursing home where you won't have any information about your loved one's condition, and you'll be treated as if you're doing them a favor by staying with them. Absolutely not recommended.
