I want to thank the entire staff for their kind treatment; I also want to congratulate the kitchen staff, the assistants, and the director; they were always attentive to any need. My father was truly delighted; he was there recovering from hip surgery and wouldn't hesitate to return if necessary. Thank you.

I don't know if the same director is still there, but my grandmother was there until 2022 when she passed away, and in her last few years, especially the last one, the director behaved appallingly badly—she was incredibly rude and unpleasant. If Elena is still there, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because she showed absolutely no humanity or compassion toward such vulnerable people as the elderly.

My mother has been at the El Páramo residence since August, and I'm delighted with the care she's received. The owner of the residence is especially lovely and very attentive to all the residents. I highly recommend El Páramo; the way they treat the elderly is wonderful, and the staff are incredibly caring.
