La Residencia Villa del Tratado presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras que la mayoría de usuarios elogia el profesionalismo del equipo, la calidad de la comida, los espacios verdes y la atención personalizada, algunas reseñas críticas denuncian falta de cuidadores, medicación excesiva y un trato negligente hacia los residentes, especialmente en casos de enfermedades graves. Las experiencias positivas destacan el cuidado amoroso y el buen valor del servicio, pero las negativas sugieren problemas serios de atención que merecen investigación.

Excellent care home. My mother has been there for almost two years, and I am incredibly grateful to all the staff. The food is fabulous, the care for the residents is excellent, and they always keep us, the families, informed about the situation, despite the current circumstances. They have a wonderful garden where we can spend afternoons or mornings when visits return to normal. Keep up the great work; you're doing a fantastic job. My mother had a place subsidized by the Junta de Castilla y León, and a few days ago, she was offered a place on the Rueda road in Valladolid. The doctors who have seen and cared for her at the new residence have told me that she has arrived with excellent nutrition and is very well looked after. Highly recommended care home.

If you're looking for a place where they care for you and give you love...don't bring your loved one to this residence. It's very unfriendly to its residents. There's a lack of caregivers...maintenance is lacking...and they need a good cook... I wouldn't take any family member there. By the way...they're deceiving you about the food they serve.

A great nursing home with an exceptional team. Its staff are charming, always willing to help and care for the elderly. Attentive, helpful, and friendly. They accompany and encourage our grandparents day after day, especially at Christmas when many are alone. They also have a garden that's glorious in good weather. A truly 10-point nursing home. Very good value compared to others I've visited (which were more expensive and seemed like they were doing you a favor by agreeing to stay there). I have my full confidence.

My grandmother entered the care home due to health problems, and I must say she felt right at home from the very first moment. She was cared for by professionals who demonstrate every day their love for their work and dedicate themselves to looking after the residents as if they were their own family. I also recommend this care home not only for the care and professionalism of the staff, but also for its beautiful setting, surrounded by spacious gardens and common areas, and for the additional services it offers, especially the free transportation to medical appointments.

Unfortunately, I had to admit my relative to this nursing home from April to July of last year until we moved her to another province. I must say that my relative has early Alzheimer's and broke her hip, which is why we admitted her there. During this period, my relative couldn't even pick up a glass of water or put on her glasses, nor could she eat on her own. She was probably completely overmedicated (drugged). When we moved her, in less than a week, she began drinking on her own, eating on her own, standing up, and being able to carry on a conversation. I've spoken to several people who have had someone admitted to this nursing home, and the same thing has happened to them. I'd also like to say that when we informed them of the change of residence, the attitude toward the patient and family members changed negatively. I don't recommend this nursing home at all. Although, being a town with only two nursing homes, it's difficult to choose when you need one.
