La Residencia de Ancianos Santa Ana recibe opiniones contrastadas: mientras algunos usuarios destacan la excelente atención al paciente y el ambiente acogedor donde los residentes se sienten como en casa, otros critican la falta de disponibilidad del personal administrativo y la aparente desinterés en nuevos clientes. Las experiencias positivas se atribuyen al compromiso de los propietarios y el equipo, aunque la calidad de atención al público parece ser inconsistente.

Today I went to ask for information for a family member, and the responses were, "I don't think there's any space," or "The manager isn't here." I noticed that it's a place where they're not interested in having new clients. Based on the treatment I received, I wouldn't recommend it.
