Opiniones

The receptionist's professionalism is disgraceful. I was informed via WhatsApp that we, the family members, had to fill out a questionnaire about our opinions of the nursing home, and it turns out the receptionist didn't provide me with that questionnaire, not even a blank sheet of paper to fill it out in my own handwriting. What's more, she acted surprised as if she didn't even know what I was talking about. Disgraceful and unscrupulous.

My mother checked in last Thursday, the 29th, and overall, she's been very happy. The staff were very attentive at all times, and the facilities were very clean and everything was in good order. According to my mother, the food is quite good and they give generous portions, so I rate this residence very highly.

The treatment of the people there is not very good. Regarding the food, they are given garlic soup for dinner every day, and I think they should have more variety. They are not allowed to have their mobile phones in the dining room, as if they were children in a school.

This is a luxury residence, primarily because of the staff. Of course, the facilities are superb. It's more like a large family than a residence.

The food is quite Bulgarian, and you repeat the same meals several days in a row, with garlic soup for dinner every day. They need more variety.
