Opiniones

We have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire nursing home team. From day one, my grandmother has received treatment filled with love, respect, and professionalism. It's clear that the entire staff works with dedication and dedicates time to each resident, caring not only for their physical needs but also for their emotional well-being. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, the food is homemade and varied, and the organized activities keep the residents active and happy. My grandmother has felt at ease and well cared for from day one. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love, attention, and dedication day after day. We definitely recommend this nursing home to any family looking for a place where their seniors are treated like home ❤️

My mother has been there for 14 months and it's been fantastic, well cared for, clean, with no complaints about the food. In fact, she's eaten there more than she did at home. And above all, they were attentive to her, and she never sat still for a moment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this easier for me.

I'd like to leave a review to help anyone considering leaving a family member there. Starting with the food: poor quality and limited. They also don't adapt the diet to the health needs of each elderly person. Sometimes they don't even have dinner left because there isn't enough for everyone. When my family member passed away, they said they wouldn't be returning well in advance, and on the advice of the manager, they told us they would only charge us for two days, but they charged us for 15 days, none of which were available. In short, I wouldn't leave my family member there again.

Terrible treatment! Unfortunately, my experience with this nursing home has been very disappointing. From the beginning, we noticed a lack of personalized attention and little empathy from the staff. Despite our constant requests, medication schedules were not respected, nor was the care provided that an elderly person truly needs. Furthermore, the facilities were not as clean or well-maintained as advertised. On more than one occasion, we found dirty rooms and neglected common areas. There was also a clear lack of communication with the family; it was difficult to obtain clear information about the resident's health status. Horrible. Terrible and rude director. Terrible and arrogant social worker.

A disgraceful nursing home. It couldn't be worse: they let people fall, they don't give them water... I had a relative, and in a month and a half, I had to go to the hospital twice. The last time, she was dehydrated, and in a month and a half, she died at Senama. They don't care about what happens to the elderly; they're abandoned. Not a bad nursing home, the next best thing, terrible. They're just out to collect, they're scoundrels. And yes, I've already been there to pick up my relative's belongings, but I didn't care because I ended up receiving them a month and a half after I claimed them, because they didn't even know where they were. So, why should I ask for an explanation of how they treated my relative if they had no idea where his slippers were?
