La Residencia 3ª edad Pilar presenta una división clara en las experiencias de sus usuarios: quienes tienen familiares con movilidad autónoma elogian el trato cálido del personal, la limpieza, las instalaciones y los espacios comunes, destacando la atención personalizada y el profesionalismo del equipo. Sin embargo, los casos de residentes con dependencia severa revelan deficiencias graves en infraestructuras (camas inadecuadas, espacios poco accesibles), falta de preparación del personal para cuidados especializados, negligencias documentadas en alimentación y prevención de úlceras

Very good residence. The service was very friendly. Rooms... common areas... food... everything was great. Very clean and spacious. With a large garden and terrace, which our elders loved. My father was there for six months until he passed away. The treatment he received from me and my daughters was always very good. I sincerely thank Rosa and all her employees for their kindness to us. Even after his death, they sent him a wreath of flowers, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for everything.

In our case, we went because it was a smaller residence and "supposedly offered personalized care," as we were told. This couldn't be further from the truth. They are completely unprepared for a "dependent" person, neither in terms of the facilities—very inaccessible, small bedrooms with 80cm beds like those from 50 years ago—nor in terms of the staff. They were incapable of caring for the person. They fell out of bed several times in a short period of time with various injuries. There are medical reports that prove it. They received little or no food. Since they can't speak, they can't say anything. And in the medical department, it's better not to mention it. In a very short period of time, they developed very large wounds due to lack of care and attention. I don't fit into the category of able-bodied people because I haven't used it and can't evaluate it, but for dependents, they are only prepared to pass the bills with very high rates for the services provided. I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies. Total nonsense. It's a shame places like this exist.

The treatment of both the resident and his family was appalling. Instead of telling us they weren't prepared to meet our relative's needs, they told us at 8 pm on a Friday that we had to take him home without his belongings, without the medication he was taking, and very agitated from an overdose of tranquilizers.

It's a small residence, which allows for close proximity to the elderly and family. The staff is very involved. Lots of natural light and pleasant decor. It will be wonderful with the expansion. Thank you all for your attention and care!
