My brother Mario was very well cared for. We were all warmly welcomed in the palliative care unit. Nurse Marisa and the entire team are very humane, kind, and friendly. They are living proof that not all is lost in this world. Good will triumph. We will always be grateful. And that aura of holiness will continue to protect this institution.

After a five-month stay at Benito Menni Hospital, I can only express my sincerest gratitude to the entire team at this center. From day one, I felt supported, cared for, and attended to with exceptional professionalism and compassion. I want to highlight the impeccable work of all the teams: physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, nursing assistants, doctors, and support staff. Each one contributes their part to ensure the most complete and humane recovery possible. Their dedication, patience, and empathy make the hospital not just a place of treatment, but also a space where confidence and hope are restored. I especially want to acknowledge the professionals who worked with me during this time, Carlos and Nati; their support has been essential to my improvement. Thanks to their daily efforts, my stay has been much more bearable, and my progress is noticeable every day. In short, I can only express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Benito Menni Hospital. Thank you for your work, your dedication, and for taking such good care of me. Undoubtedly, an example of professionalism and human warmth.

Terrible experience. My mother was only there for 20 days (she died of an infection the same day I asked to be taken to the ER because my mother didn't look well to me). It seems they didn't notice the symptoms that were readily apparent upon entering the room, that my mother's condition was not normal and she didn't feel well at all. The outcome might or might not have been the same if more medical attention had been provided, or if more attention had been paid by the nurses to patients who needed it. She went in for rehabilitation. Little attention, maybe due to lack of staff, I don't care. The "doctor" who treated her, that was when she was there and not another substitute, because in 20 days, she was treated by two different substitutes; any of the 3 who treated my mother leave much, much to be desired as medical professionals. I'm especially grateful to Eva, the physiotherapist who treated my mother, who did a fantastic job in the short time she was with her. As a person and as a professional, she's a 10 for me. They should hire real professionals. And judging from my own experience, I have no doubt there are patients who have had better luck. We were with her every day, monitoring everything because I'd already read other negative reviews. We went there because the hospital referred her for rehabilitation.

We would like to thank everyone at Benito Menni Hospital, and especially the entire staff on the 3rd Floor, including the medical staff, but especially the nurses and assistants who cared for our father, Victor, during the long and difficult four months he spent there until his death on September 9th. We won't mention names because you have all been wonderful, and we don't want to forget any of you. THANK YOU to everyone for your dedication, empathy, understanding, and professionalism during the difficult times. THANK YOU for the kind, attentive, respectful, and humane treatment our father and we received. It has been a great support during these difficult and complicated times. We will always be eternally grateful. THANK YOU, 3rd Floor Victor Pérez Family

A million thanks, and many more. I don't know how to thank everyone who is working and doing everything possible to care for the people on the 3rd floor of the ward. The nursing assistants, the nurses, and the manager, Maria Jesús. I am so grateful for your kindness, patience, and the way you treat us. I will never forget you. Thank you so much ❤️
