Selegna Residencial para Mayores destaca ampliamente por su equipo profesional compasivo y humano, excelentes instalaciones, y atención integral que incluye apoyo psicológico, médico y espiritual, lo que ha generado profunda gratitud entre la mayoría de familias que elogian la calidad de cuidados y el trato cálido tanto a residentes como a visitantes. I'm writing this review thinking of my father. Since he passed away a few months ago, not a day goes by that I don't think of him, and today I can calmly reflect on our experience at Selegna. In the most difficult moments, we were able to be with him so he wouldn't forget us, and at Selegna we found not only excellent facilities, but above all, wonderful people. It wasn't the first care home we visited in Valencia and the surrounding area, but it was the one that finally stayed. I would especially highlight the staff: the social worker, the psychologist, the medical, nursing, and support staff—they all accompanied us until the very end with a compassion I will always be grateful for. Furthermore, the way they treat families is warm and genuine; my mother visited every day and found understanding and support there. The GAM (mutual support groups) meetings were invaluable because they made us feel that we weren't alone. At Selegna, time seems to move at the pace of the residents, and that makes it a truly unique place. When my father's illness worsened, the best thing that could have happened to us was having a professional and compassionate team by our side who helped us cope with the situation calmly. Today, I can only express my gratitude for the care, attention, and sensitivity with which they treated my father. I fondly remember our walks in the garden. With this review, I hope to express our appreciation, but also to help anyone going through a similar experience to the one my family went through some time ago.

My sister is in this care home; if it were up to me, she'd be somewhere else long ago. The staff shortages are shameful, and the food is unappetizing, not to mention about as good as what you'd get in a public hospital.

Another highlight of how good this residence is: the Arnau outpatient hospitalist discharged my mother, reassuring her that she was back in the hands of the Selegna staff, and congratulated us for choosing this residence.

Queremos dar las gracias mis hijos y yo por el trato dado a mi marido. Tuvimos la gran suerte de conocer la residencia Selegna y durante el tiempo que estuvo, ser tratado por el médico de la residencia. Gracias por su gran profesionalidad y trato. Siempre le estaremos agradecidos, al igual que a la Jefa de Enfermería, tan especial. Todas las personas que allí trabajan consiguen crear un ambiente familiar con los residentes y familiares. Igualmente, agradecer a la Trabajadora Social, Psicóloga y Equipo Psico- L.S. su gran labor y calidad humana.

A peaceful place with all the necessary services and resources available for our seniors. Thank you to the entire management, cleaning staff, assistants, and medical team. Thank you to each of the nurses for their excellent work, for every word of comfort and hope! We are simply always grateful to Dr. Yusbeny and Ana Belén Ramirez.
