Emera Mas Camarena recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras que algunos familiares y conocedores del centro elogian la atención profesional y humana del personal, las instalaciones modernas y los servicios integrales de rehabilitación y actividades, otros denuncian problemas graves de falta de personal y deficiencias en la calidad real de la atención, sugiriendo que mejoras solo se realizan ante auditorías. Las reseñas positivas superan en número a las negativas, pero las críticas sobre la insuficiencia de personal son serias y requieren consideración.

Hello, I'm Carmen Banacloy, daughter of a resident of Emera (Más Camarena) for the past three years. I don't understand these gratuitous and harmful lies that some people have spewed in their reviews. I want to believe they have personal motives for saying these things and confusing people who are looking for a good place for their family members. I can highlight the humane and professional treatment of ALL the staff, although admittedly they are few in number, the quality of the modern and spacious facilities (with a large garden), and the comprehensive services such as rehabilitation, therapy, and sociocultural activities for the residents' enjoyment. Highly recommended, truly... Thank you so much for attending to and caring for my mother.

I'm familiar with the nursing home, its management, and its work model. The seniors are well cared for, and even in the face of occasional staff shortages, which currently occur in all areas, the team works very coordinated and united, ensuring residents are not harmed. Congratulations, and thank you for caring with such loving and professional care for those most in need.

My experience couldn't be more positive. Besides taking wonderful care of the residents, the management welcomes and encourages my students to volunteer weekly. They look after them, guide them, and support them. Thank you, Claudia, and all the staff.

Gentlemen of Emera Spain, you can have any audits you want, just give advance notice, and then the days before, they rush to make sure everything is perfect. Even on that day, there are extra staff, but that's not the reality. The reality is that it's a disaster and there's a shortage of assistants and other healthcare personnel. Don't you read the reviews? Is everyone lying? Come on... I'm speaking as an acquaintance of a resident whom I won't name out of respect and privacy.
