Opiniones

My father-in-law was hospitalized for four months, and for family reasons, we transferred him to another nursing home. He has been very comfortable. The staff has been excellent, from the caregivers, to the administration and medical services, to the cleaning staff—very professional and caring. We are very grateful for everything.

I am writing to thank the entire team at the Cap Blanc residence. During my mother's brief stay there, everyone treated her wonderfully. I have no complaints whatsoever; on the contrary, I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend it. I wholeheartedly recommend this residence.

As of December 2024, this is a non-recommended nursing home, a disaster in every sense, with appalling management by the director, who lacks the capacity to run it, resulting in poor-quality food, poor or nonexistent medical and nursing services, poor hygiene among residents, lack of care, deficiencies in the provision of medications to residents, and much more. Complaints and lawsuits are being filed, which we hope will be effective.

I do not recommend this care home to anyone. There is a lack of staff to care for the residents, most of them have scabies, my mother lost her teeth and the company refuses to take responsibility, my mother's life has been in danger several times due to their negligence, she has had to be taken to the emergency room many times: - heatstroke while bedridden she fell in the bathroom (they left her unsupervised) the last time her anticoagulant was dangerously overdosed (she bled for 12 hours) An endless list of problems The worst thing of all is the management; this person is not up to the task of their position, they are unfit There is no doctor every day...etc, etc

The service was terrible. There were days when patients couldn't receive their medication because there was no nursing staff. The medical service was nonexistent, and some patients went weeks without any care. The food was awful. It's like paying to cry, because it's not cheap.
