Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante sobre la gestión directiva de la residencia, donde un familiar reporta problemas graves de cuidado en casos de demencia y atribuye la responsabilidad a las decisiones de la dirección más que al personal de planta. Las opiniones sugieren una discrepancia entre la calidad del trabajo del equipo asistencial y la supervisión administrativa de la instalación.

Having a family member in a residence is always hard, especially in these times of pandemic, which was just when my mother had to enter. But here they have treated her very well, and they have always helped us with all the queries and doubts we have had. They have always cared a lot about her, and have known how to respond to us with affection and professionalism. He recently passed away, and they continued to be upset and worried in those last days. I've had a very good experience with my mother; they treat her wonderfully, and she's delighted, and of course, I'm even more so. Highly recommended. I should mention that I'm a healthcare worker, and I recommend them without hesitation.

I wouldn't recommend this care home to anyone. Not because of the staff—they are hard workers, some good and some not so good—but because of the management, who excuse themselves for the problems by blaming the staff. My grandfather, who has dementia, has spent the worst months of his life there. The director is responsible for everything that happens or doesn't happen at the facility, and my grandfather's suffering these past months is solely her fault and ours for not having taken him out sooner.
