La Residencia Palacio de Raga presenta opiniones extremadamente polarizadas que reflejan experiencias radicalmente opuestas: mientras algunos residentes y sus familias elogian profusamente la dedicación, profesionalismo y trato compasivo del personal, otros denuncian negligencia grave, falta de higiene básica y trato inhumano que habría contribuido al deterioro de sus seres queridos. Esta disparidad crítica entre testimonios de excelente cuidado y acusaciones de abandono y maltrato sugiere inconsistencias preocupantes en la calidad de atención que reciben los residentes en este centro.

My mother was in the nursing home for 11 days, poorly cared for; they didn't even give her water. They asked us for clothes like we were going on a cruise (even umbrellas). We went to see her every day, and she wasn't even wearing underwear or a bra, she was poorly dressed. On Friday the 31st, when I went to see her in the morning, she was dehydrated. When they saw me giving her water, they said, "If she gets worse, do you want us to provide palliative care?" So we decided to call an ambulance, and she passed away early Sunday morning. My rating is 0.

The worst thing I've ever seen. The management and coordination of this center are the worst possible people. They are inhumane, incredibly unprofessional, and have no empathy for such vulnerable and harmless people as the elderly. All they know how to do is abuse their power. It's so sad that these people are in charge of such vulnerable individuals. They should find a solution and be more concerned about these sensitive issues.

I am the daughter of a resident who passed away a few days ago, and I want to emphasize how loved, cared for, and looked after my mother was at all times by the entire staff! We, as family members, were also attended to, kept informed at all times, and were able to participate in everything we were asked to do or requested. We will always cherish the memories of them all and are forever grateful for the way they treated my mother and us.

I haven't had just one family member, I've had no less than three! For which I have more than enough reasons to be eternally grateful, for their professionalism, for the care and affection shown over so many years, to the three of them and to us, the family members. Everyone is wonderful: Borja, Pepa, the Amparos, Adriana, Cristina, Sandra, Andrea, the assistants, the nurses, the medical team. Each and every one of them. Always in my heart. And in theirs, all three of them.

You couldn't ask for more compassion. Complete dedication and highly professional care. I have total confidence in them, especially since my dog is very delicate. They don't focus on money, but on the care of their patients.
