They don't take care of the residents; they mistreat them because some don't want to eat, and they force them to eat, they hit them, and they don't change their clothes or take their belongings. Health officials should go or inspect the residence. They kicked us out of the residence for complaining that my uncle wasn't properly dressed in the cold weather, and I had to take off my jacket so he wouldn't get cold. The psychologist saw it, and they still told us we were spoiling him rotten. This happened on January 2, 2025, a Thursday, Three Kings' Day.
