I work at Seniors El Mas and I am very happy to be part of this center. The team here is professional and dedicated: the doctor, nurse, assistants, management, psychologist, social worker, laundry, maintenance, cleaning, and cooking staff—we all do our best to care for the residents. The treatment is warm and respectful, and the care is evident in the daily routine. Furthermore, the center is located in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by nature, with outdoor spaces where residents can walk and relax. It is a place where work is done with dedication and where seniors are well cared for and supported.

My mother, unfortunately, was only there for a very short time, but it was long enough to appreciate the exceptional treatment she received from all the staff. The residents were treated with exquisite care, the cleanliness of both the staff and the facilities was impeccable, the food was prepared with great attention, the garden was wonderful for all residents and their families, and information was readily available both in person and by phone. Most importantly for us, the nighttime care was outstanding; they watched over and looked after the residents at night just as they did during the day. My mother was treated like royalty. I will never forget it.

My mother is totally dependent and has been in the nursing home for six years. Up until a year ago, everything worked perfectly (meals, care, hygiene, etc.). Apparently, the management changed some time ago, and there have been successive staff changes, where it seems that many don't understand what a totally dependent person needs. Since then, I feel like my mother has become just a number: they take her out of her room without dentures all day, they lose her personal belongings, they dress her in clothes that aren't hers (even though her clothes are labeled), they neglect her hygiene once she leaves the room, they don't see her at the doctor's when she has clear flu-like symptoms and we notify them... It seems like there are cuts in everything except the amount we are paid each month... It's a shame when something that works well changes, especially when the well-being of our elderly, who cannot defend themselves and who should be our priority, depends on it. We will look for alternatives, since it seems there's no way this will get better.

Months ago, we decided to place my aunt in the care home. We weren't sure if we were making the right decision, but today I can say with certainty that they have more than passed the test. From the assistance process with the social worker, to the incredibly kind attention from the management, and finally to the loving care she receives from the entire team, we would choose it again a thousand times over.

We visited several nursing homes and finally decided on the MAS Seniors Home. From the first day, the center's management treated us wonderfully. The social worker helped us with the arrangements, and the physical therapist did a wonderful job with our grandmother. Beautiful on the outside, but even more beautiful is the work they do inside.
