They called to inform me that a relative of mine, a resident there, had broken his glasses and needed to be replaced urgently. When asked for the resident's name, they provided it correctly, and the contact phone number for the relative in case of emergency was also correct. What's outrageous is that the resident passed away six months ago... was this a summer bonus? Draw your own conclusions. Be very careful with these professionals.
