We took my mother-in-law there with the firm hope that she would be well, and we took her out after three months. A series of negative circumstances: three falls due to lack of supervision, neglect, and poor and insufficient food. A sad plate of purée of unknown origin, tasteless and poorly prepared, with no added carbohydrates. The staff are in wards with insufficient and poorly trained personnel, very young, which means they are underpaid. For the first few days, she wore the same clothes 24 hours a day, even while sleeping, despite us paying €50 for clothing labeling. They lost a lot of our clothes. Few diaper changes and even less hygiene. The medication was administered incorrectly; paracetamol was prescribed after the first fall and continued to be given for months. The doctor doesn't review the medical records, and the nurse simply administers the medication. After several months in another care home, we were surprised to find that they were still collecting my mother-in-law's medication, but the new care home wouldn't be able to. The service and management leave much to be desired.

This care home is not recommended, especially if your family member has pre-existing conditions. The medical and nursing staff are inexperienced. My mother, who has a delicate health, lasted less than 15 days there. On one of my visits, I found her in very poor condition, alone and neglected in an armchair. I was the one who had to request assistance from the medical staff. She was eventually taken to the hospital by ambulance. For the price of the care home, the least we expected was to receive dignified and quality care.

Excellent care. My mother stayed for two months. The first day she wasn't very comfortable, which is normal, but by the following week she didn't want to leave. She made friends, played group games, enjoyed music, and participated in craft workshops. The care was very good, the personal hygiene was excellent, the staff was very attentive to patients and visitors, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, meals were always served on time, the facilities were well connected, and everything was always very clean. Overall, excellent.

A residence in the neighborhood that also has a day center, which is what I find most interesting, since many times there is no way to combine daily work with the care of the people we have in charge and they need quite personalized attention, they have quite flexible hours and reasonable prices within the sector, it is interesting to have a center like this in the neighborhood.

I'm giving 2 stars because of the professionalism and kindness of SOME of the staff, who are few and far between. My mother-in-law, thankfully, has moved to a different care home. Here are a few details: they lost her hearing aid, shoes, and clothes, even though they were labeled. They have breakfast in her room. When we went to see her in the morning (around 11 or 11:30), sometimes we had to go home because she wasn't ready yet. She was poorly dressed, without a bra until we got tired of asking them to put one on her. For the last two months, she had a lot of phlegm and vomited quite a bit because the wheelchair was dirty and dry. We constantly had to ask them to clean it. She stayed here because there wasn't a place available anywhere we could afford. She's been in another facility for 10 days now. WHAT A CHANGE!!! The most significant thing is that from the very beginning, the doctor prescribed medication, and THE VOMITING STOPPED!!! She's always well-groomed, her hair is done, she eats better...it's a joy. If we were ever unable to go, they would take her to the park next to the Residence. And although it's not the most important thing, not by a long shot, it's cheaper.
