I have family there who are very well cared for by the caregivers; they are very professional and have a great team. But it's true that my daughter couldn't handle it. 14 to 15 residents is a lot for just one person, and my daughter was making beds and taking out the trash. In all the other residences, there are only 7 caregivers. The truth is, for the little they earn, the caregivers are the ones who run the residences; they are undoubtedly the driving force. They should hire more people. Every time we go, there are different women, and it's a shame. They can't handle working under pressure. They still use the same system. And in many residences, they have two weekends off; here, there's only one. I really don't think that's right. Otherwise, it's the best residence there is. We hope they hire more people. The poor things are always sweaty, but there's a very good atmosphere among the workers. I sincerely hope they make changes for both the caregivers and the residents so they'll be better off being cared for by them.

The center is very nice, and its garden and terraces are very comfortable and pleasant, especially for me since I go every week! I feel very comfortable visiting my mother there, and the customer service staff are very friendly 😘🙏❤️

I had to leave the nursing home. They don't do postural changes, they don't shower, not all of them do it, but most of them do. The roommates aren't good, they make things up so those who come in leave. There are 15 to 16 residents a day, it's a variety... Some assistants don't do postural changes or showers... There are many assistants who smoke in the residents' rooms, many of them cover up... they end up on the balconies and hiding in Luis and his wife's rooms... Karim, Vicente, Carmen plot against the new ones, making up that the door is open, it's not true... and since there are many more of you... Amparo criticizes Noa, there are no good colleagues, they all went to parties to talk bad about each other... Going to see family members constantly... worrying about them... The new ones are sent to do things and they talk on WhatsApp, the fakest scumbags like a 10-euro coin... they all communicate on WhatsApp, talking bad about each other...
