Thank you!!... thank you for caring for, pampering, respecting, and attending to our Father Ramón TLV. I am deeply grateful for the work of the assistants; without them, nothing would be possible. You are the Achilles' heel, the pillars that make everything work; you are light and love. To each and every one of you who cared for the Pope: thank you with all the respect you deserve: thank you for being there for him, dressing him, grooming him, talking to him, showing him love and respect, for all the difficult nights, which were many. For a year, my grandmother lived at the Savia Lliria residence, and I couldn't be more grateful for the love, dedication, and respect with which she was treated from the first day to the last. The staff there are exceptional. Every single person, from the direct care workers to those who organize the activities or prepare the meals, demonstrates a warmth and dedication that goes far beyond the professional. My grandmother wasn't just well cared for; she felt accompanied, listened to, and valued. The activities were always varied and designed to stimulate both body and mind, and she enjoyed them immensely. The food, always homemade and prepared with care, was another detail she appreciated. But what touched us most as a family was the way her wishes and last wishes were respected: with gentleness, humanity, and a sensitivity we will never forget. Savia Lliria wasn't just a residence; it was her home for a year. And we, as a family, feel deeply comforted and grateful for all the love and care you gave him. Good morning Savia-Lliria I am Vicente, the brother-in-law of María Micó, who recently passed away. The purpose of this message is to thank the entire team at the Residence for your care and affection. María spent the last years of her life with you. You all know how difficult it was at times to work with her because of her illness. (She was a wonderful person in every way while she was well.) Just knowing that María received a little affection from you, which I know she did, would be enough for us. Your work is very demanding, and we could only give a fair assessment by spending a few days working alongside you. I wouldn't be able to handle your daily routine. A huge thank you to the entire team at the Savia residence in Lliria. From reception to management, they are a truly wonderful team. My mother spent five years at this residence, and in addition to providing her with excellent care, they treated us with admirable kindness. All the staff are professional and empathetic. They work with people during very difficult times in their lives and offer support and guidance to both residents and their families. We are incredibly grateful for your work.
