I only have words of gratitude for the professionals at this center. From the very first moment, both Amparo and the technical team treated my father with the utmost respect and affection. My mother and I felt very supported and understood as we took the difficult step of admitting him, and they helped us every step of the way. Considering how challenging it is to work with these types of patients, everyone does a fantastic job and has ensured that my father has a quality of life he couldn't have at home. My respect and admiration especially go to the caregivers; what you do is priceless. Thank you for everything ♥️

Hiiiiii. Maria the afternoon lady, a wonderful person. The information on the website is misleading, as there is no doctor available 24 hours a day and he/she is not even replaced on holidays, like the physiotherapist and I imagine others. Regarding the director or supervisor, I really don't know what her job title is, regarding this lady with her airs of superiority, in addition to her arrogance and arrogance, she is very disconcerting... even so, thank you, you can speak well with Carol the social worker... Not at all recommended, if they don't fix these types of errors. I'm editing the review, can you reply... equipped, you took the other review from me, because you're not interested in transparency, hey in August, without filling holiday positions, no comments, I'm going to draw a thick veil, but karma exists... as a company you are depressing. I repeat, wonderful Maria, she will cry every night when she gets home, without a doubt, because putting up with the director must be hard and on top of that, how do you ignore the grandparents, if you have a heart, like her for a job, she must have a terrible time and look how the girl does well, applause for her, sorry, I forgot to add, that father, your resident, had a sore in his tailbone for 2 months due to his good nature, empathy towards others, and not wanting to bother, well he didn't get better, but you take him down and change his diapers. 2 months minimum, without a doubt, equipped ee? You still haven't apologized. This has a name: laziness on your part. You are a company, in my humble opinion, you are loading it heavily. As soon as I ask for a second option, which is my right. Maybe you can apologize... but what I'm really interested in is getting it resolved and not having it happen again. I'm adding photos so you can see the change, the so-called well-being. I'm starting in mid-February of this year.

On behalf of my family and myself, I want to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team at the San Juan Seniors Residence in Valencia, led by Amparo, for the care, dedication, and family-like treatment they offered my mother during the year and four months she was there. She was always surrounded by affection, and we could see this every time she returned to the residence after a meal or a walk, from the joyful greetings she received from the caregivers, which she reciprocated wholeheartedly. This family atmosphere gave us, her daughters, peace of mind knowing that our mother was in the best hands. In the last month, my mother's health deteriorated, and she needed more specialized care. However, thanks to the excellent organizational skills of her Director/Supervisor, Amparo, her "new life" at the Residence unfolded with even more love and dedication from the entire team, particularly from the caregivers María, "her little cookie," and especially Amparo, who treated her as if she were her own family. As her end drew near, Amparo, the center's supervisor, gave us the support a family member needs to face such difficult times. When you feel lost in the face of the inevitable, dramatic situation, Amparo is that strong person who supports and advises you, and at the same time, that close friend who guides you through those moments with the utmost sensitivity. In her final days, when she was sedated, I was able to be with my mother at all times, and I too was cared for with exquisite tenderness by the entire team so that I lacked nothing. My mother passed away surrounded by her daughters, her grandchildren, her sons-in-law and brothers-in-law, and her "other family," the staff of the residence, with whom I shared the pain and tears of losing a loved one. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good and careful care of my mother. Thank you, Amparo, for your professionalism, your strength, and your friendship. Thank you, María and Amparo, for the love you gave my mother. She loved you as her own family.

Words cannot express our gratitude for the care and affection my grandmother and we, her family, received from the entire staff at the care home. Amparo, the director, made saying goodbye to my grandmother so much easier thanks to her composure, professionalism, and warmth. She explains the situation so clearly, so firmly, yet so thoughtfully, that you feel supported every step of the way. I will never forget the look of happiness on my grandmother's face when we left her at the care home after our walks and she greeted the caregivers, who always gave my grandmother such loving and personalized care. Although I told her in person, I would also like to express my gratitude here to Amparo, who is not only an exceptional professional but also a wonderful, incredibly caring woman. I am so grateful that my grandmother was able to be cared for by her. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of my beloved grandmother.

I'd like to say a few kind words to the entire team at Savia Campanar Residence. My mother has been with them for a few months now; she was hesitant about nursing homes at the time, but now she calls it "home." From Amparo to the nurses, doctor, assistants, cooks... they are all warm and caring. My sisters and I are very happy with the way you treat us. Thank you.
