The podiatrist publicly exposed very private aspects of the residence's operations, casting doubt on the management and her nursing colleagues by interfering in their private matters. During my father-in-law's visit, the podiatrist was sitting in a walker, being pushed down the hallway by a resident. It's one of the best residences around, and these situations shouldn't happen. A big hug to all the staff at the center; they are all excellent.

The residence is very nice, very clean, and the food is excellent... Esther is a delight... but my daughter had to leave because of one of Erika's people. She speaks very badly of all the other staff and manipulates them to her liking. She has more power than Esther, and she herself says she's better than Esther and that she manipulates her by telling her what to do... She speaks badly of Begoña and Dani, who are wonderful people. And then there's a new girl who's clearly there because of how she dresses and bathes the elderly residents. My father is delighted with them... They don't let anyone in; Erika makes their lives impossible. By the way, María told me that both she and Erika have a disciplinary record for misconduct... She should be fired; what she's doing is unacceptable. She should leave the dedicated staff alone... I have to say this publicly because it's not the first time it's happened... The residents are without hot water many days a week, and the staff are looking for another residence. There's very poor management. The girls are starting to get paid now. They had a lawsuit with the owner and lost... The girls are taking food home... poor organization... They're operating with a skeleton staff because they can't afford to pay... There are young girls without academic qualifications... this is unacceptable...

My grandmother has been here for a long time. We're really happy. A new person has come in and she's bringing life to the home. She's very friendly, and I've seen that she's very affectionate with everyone and very family-oriented. We need people like that. The people who are there always seem very tired, due to a lack of staff. I don't like the way the girls' supervisor treats them. I've seen her in several arguments, and she shouldn't be there; in my opinion. The girls do all the work and go all out for the residence. The girls who are there always told me that people don't last even a month and then leave... they get paid very little for a private residence.

Having a 94-year-old family member without teeth since October 2024, and the insurance company and care home constantly stalling, is appalling. You certainly wouldn't want that for your own father or mother in a care home. A complete lack of empathy.

A few months ago, my aunt entered this residence for her recovery, and every time I've visited her, I've noticed that the staff's treatment is exceptional. I've met all the professionals who work at El Olivo Residence, and they've made a very good impression on me. She has physiotherapy every day, the psychologist and the nurse are attentive to her, there are various activities, and they even have a hairdresser. I love the setting surrounded by nature, where you can breathe fresh air. It's located across from a tennis club, and there's a lot of activity in the area. The director is very communicative, and you can tell she cares about everyone. One detail I noticed is that she calls the residents by name and has a very personal relationship with them. My experience has been truly positive, and I highly recommend this residence.
