El Centro geriátrico 3ª edad Entre Naranjos cuenta con un equipo profesional y dedicado que ofrece atención personalizada de alta calidad, con instalaciones bien mantenidas, buena alimentación casera y un ambiente acogedor que favorece la rápida adaptación de los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una brecha significativa en la atención al cliente multilingüe, ya que reportan haber rechazado una solicitud de información en inglés, lo que sugiere limitaciones en la accesibilidad del servicio para personas que no hablan español.

Unfortunately, my mother has only been in the care home for a short time, but we have nothing but kind words and gratitude for the entire team that works there. From the very beginning, they were incredibly caring and attentive to both my mother and the family. My mother settled in very quickly, and we could see she was very happy there. One of the things that surprised us most about Entre Naranjos was the garden. Few residences have such a large and well-maintained outdoor space. We're so glad we chose Entre Naranjos. Homemade, high-quality food, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service.

After having my mother admitted to this nursing home for five years, I'm inspired to write a review. A couple of months ago, my mother fell ill with influenza A and pneumonia, which required her to stay in the hospital for a couple of weeks. Upon discharge, she returned to the nursing home extremely weak. Thanks to the personalized care she received from the entire team at the center, my mother recovered quickly. Having spent many hours with her these past few days, I can assure you that the treatment received by all the residents is exceptional and very caring, always attentive to everyone's needs, from hygiene to nutrition. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our seniors!
