Opiniones

My mother has been at the center for three years, and she, and even more so we, are very happy with how we see it. It has changed a lot from when she was at home to how it is now: well cared for, very clean, with good food and very well looked after. The residence is beautiful, and everything is very clean. The gardens are a pleasure to walk through, everything inside is very clean, and not to mention the staff, who are extremely attentive and well-prepared.

In my case, my father has been here for two years and is happy. The staff is very well trained. It's a quiet, landscaped place with good cleaning, reception, and supervisory services. There are many activities, including painting, crafts, popular and traditional festivals, and outings. The medical and nursing services are exceptional. The person in charge of administration takes care of everything and makes things easy, despite the difficult and painful nature of having a parent or family member in a wheelchair who requires 24-hour medical and nursing care, and not being able to care for them at home.

Things aren't always what they seem. People are mistreating our beloved elderly residents. The owner, the nurse, and the social worker are all arrogant and domineering towards vulnerable people. There was a housekeeper, who has since retired (thankfully), who treated a resident very badly in front of me. That's when I decided to move my loved one to another facility. Keep a close eye on your loved ones at all times, as there is a great deal of irresponsibility at this center. In this place, people are treated like numbers. If there's one positive thing about this awful place, it's the doctor, a true professional.

I absolutely do not recommend this "penitentiary" to anyone. The management is terrible, and the administration is even worse. They completely neglect the elderly residents. For three months, they didn't allow visitors or even call family members to check on their loved ones. Please, don't take them there. The pandemic has overwhelmed them; all they care about is money. Even when our relative was hospitalized, they subsequently denied their readmission without a PCR test, forcing us to care for them at home. They continued to charge all the monthly fees, claiming it was for reserving a place. They don't even know what belongings the resident has. We finally decided to move our relative to another residence with a much more satisfactory outcome. To make matters worse, they're telling us the deposit will take a very long time! In short... They are the worst.

My mother has been here for a year and a half. Yes, there have been some setbacks, but nobody's perfect. There are very responsible and attentive people here. They care... With all this, I want to say that I personally am happy and grateful.
