Our elderly residents are treated well. They participate in many activities and occasionally have parties so they can have fun.

Terrible treatment by management and administration. The staff are intimidated because they can't care for the residents and they aren't reinforcing the staff. Unfortunately, since my mother was admitted there, due to their negligence, she has suffered a serious fall requiring risky surgery and a subsequent coma because of neglect of her needs and overmedication. What a deception and what a waste of money. I have recordings and audio that prove it.

Terrible treatment of staff who simply want to care for people. There's a lot of talk, but nothing gets done; on the contrary, anyone with family members knows this. Aides are constantly coming and going due to the treatment and neglect. There's no doctor on weekends, and sometimes no nurses in the afternoons, and none at all at night.

We chose this residence based on a recommendation, and it was definitely the right choice. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are friendly and always willing to help. It's wonderful to see the residents being so well cared for.

The nursing assistants' treatment and professionalism were impeccable, excellent, and wonderful. The cleaning staff was excellent, more than dedicated, talkative, and productive. However, the meals and diets were absolutely appalling. Terrible. They were so bad they were almost unacceptable, to the point that some residents were forced to subsist on bread and oil instead of meals. The vast majority of the meals and desserts were incredibly small, far below what was recommended for an adult, even one who was completely dependent. The menu, diets, and meals received a 0 rating. They should really look into this, especially since they are serving the same menu to all five other residences in Valencia.
