Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que contrasta significativamente con las demás, criticando la falta de higiene, deficiente atención al mayor y mala calidad en servicios como la alimentación, lo que sugiere experiencias muy variables o posibles inconsistencias en la calidad del servicio

A very clean residence with excellent care. The sisters are affectionate with our elderly residents and look after them with great love and dedication. The organization is exemplary; I recommend it wholeheartedly. My mother was against nursing homes, but due to a serious family situation, we brought her to this residence, and she is delighted. She is happy, more involved, and full of enthusiasm. Thank you, sisters.

I do not recommend this residence; it is dirty, they ignore the elderly, and they have a retired doctor. The care is very poor, the food is bad, and the nuns leave much to be desired.
