Opiniones

Terrible! I'll be going there this week and will upload a couple of videos to ForoCoches and other social media explaining a few things. They have a smoking room to the left as you enter, opposite the dining room. The tobacco area to the west as you enter is terrifying! The elderly residents go there alone, risking falls, and the entire time I was there, I didn't see any caregivers nearby. I recommend looking for other residences. Be very careful with the "manager." Borja Oreja came llorejas. The bathrooms are wrecked, with the grab bars loose from the wall. I've attached a photo.

I'm giving it one star just to give it something... I've never seen anything worse than this nursing home. They completely neglect the elderly. You call to ask for information about a resident and they don't even know if they're there. You go for a visit and find the residents looking like they want to get out of there. They don't know how to treat them; they're not pleasant to them, much less to the visitors. They should definitely investigate the way they treat them... Of course, they're happy to give you information when it comes to taking your money, and once you're in, bam! You're on your own to find out about your relative. They're not professional at all. I will definitely report them because cases like these should be public.

A complete nightmare. I beg you, if you care about your family, don't bring them here. They come in healthy and get sick within days. The service is appalling. To them, our family is just money, not people... God bless you and shut this place down.

It's a disgrace. The ward they have for people with dementia or mental health issues is a scam. Nobody ever knew if my grandmother had taken her pills, eaten, etc. They didn't keep track of it or inform her. They only called us to say she had fallen. At first, my grandmother's condition deteriorated because they were skipping feedings, saying she didn't want them. She lost 9 kilos in just two and a half months. On December 25th, when we took her out to eat, she definitely had a urinary tract infection. Her diaper was full of urine and feces, and I told reception and the nurses. On the 27th, my grandmother still had the same diaper. They don't care about their work. They didn't give her water, take her to the bathroom, or change her diaper more often because they said she didn't ask for it. My grandmother didn't speak; she was drugged by her medication. Now they have these WhatsApp groups for photos and videos—they're running a hell of a show. I'm absolutely certain my grandmother died from a urinary tract infection, the origin of which we don't know. A urinary tract infection in an elderly person is dangerous because it exacerbates existing illnesses, and my grandmother had a weakened immune system. The staff there is a disgrace; you had to be very persistent and even threaten them to get them to take action. There are people there who clearly don't care about their jobs and won't lift a finger. We requested a urine test on the 27th, and they refused to perform it... It's shameful.
