Opiniones

We went as volunteers to show God's love. The elderly residents were beautiful and seemed happy. During our time there, they were given a snack. The facility is very spacious, with both open and enclosed areas. It has many amenities for those who use wheelchairs, walkers, or neither. The temperature was pleasant, and it was very clean. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is excellent. May God bless them all for their work and the elderly residents for their wisdom, patience, and love.

My in-laws have stayed at this residence, and I can only express my gratitude for the warm and caring treatment they received. The entire multidisciplinary team is deeply committed to the residents' well-being. Furthermore, the entertainment program is varied and entertaining, and the meals are balanced and to the residents' liking. As a family, we can say that this is a place where seniors and their families are truly cared for. 100% recommended.

I can't give it even one star. From the worst to the worst, I can't recommend it at all. Both management and others. Poor hygiene for the sick. They rarely use the iron, not at all. Absolute neglect for my brother. When they tried to take him to the hospital, he only had two days to live, and he didn't have any life-threatening illnesses. A urinary tract infection took him in two days. It's true that the care and dedication to our family members can be seen. My brother had Alzheimer's and dementia, but he walked. He babbled. He was strong and 68 years old. I only ask that families, if they truly love their family members, choose well. We weren't given the option to choose, it wasn't imposed by the board. In three months, he returned to his hometown dead. From the first day to the last, I didn't like it. Now I know I was right. I don't know if I explained myself well. I just ask other families to take care of their relatives who are far away and oh, and I'm not going to publish the photos of how we found my brother one day when we went to see him, out of respect for him.

It's one of the worst nursing homes, with no medical assistance (telephone and who knows what else...). They don't see the residents in person; they just follow the instructions of the nursing staff, who, by the way, leave much to be desired in terms of professionalism. In short, I left my father in this "nursing home" after a serious health problem, including a stay in the ICU and a complicated recovery process. On the second day, he had to be admitted to the hospital due to severe dehydration from vomiting because they didn't notify the doctor at the health center, despite my insistence, and because they deceived my father (since the nursing home's doctor doesn't exist). After returning from the emergency room, his stay there was without medical follow-up, without any care... nothing. It was only thanks to me requesting blood tests from his primary care physician that he received any help. And then, he was readmitted for another episode, this time even more serious. This care home should be closed. They don't offer places for people to recover from health problems; they're incompetent. The residents are miserable; the only ones who care for them are the assistants and caregivers. The management and social worker are inhumane and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. They should be given their positions to competent professionals who are genuinely willing to do things right.
