Opiniones

Good morning! Our mother has been at the residence for about four years, and the care and attention she receives are outstanding. The staff is so loving and attentive; we couldn't be happier. Our biggest fear, which I'm sure many families share, was that our mother wouldn't be comfortable and would never feel at home, as this is her final stage in life. But with the love and attention they provide every day, our mother is absolutely happy. All we can say is: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! We highly recommend this center to anyone who wants to know their loved ones are in the best hands.

My mother was at Servitrés in Santa Cruz for three years. From the moment we chose her among several homes and came into contact with its director, Celina, and the staff who care for the residents (María, Andrea, Paula, Mar...), my wife and I had a profound feeling that the choice had been the right one. Afterward, every time we visited her, this feeling grew, as she herself insisted on the excellent treatment she received and the attitude of all the professionals around her, from the cook to the nurse, including the permanent care staff. Every time we left her, after seeing her, we returned with the enormous peace of mind of leaving her not only in good hands but in better hands than our own, because at home she would not have been as well cared for as she was there. This feeling that my mother was cared for and loved allowed us to live in peace and gratitude, until her death in the home itself. I can only thank you once again and encourage you to continue your crucial social work. We are sure that our feelings are shared by many of the inmates' families.

My father has been at the residence for a few months now, and I can only say how wonderful everyone is: from Andrés and Celina to the nurses, nursing assistants, and kitchen staff. The facilities smell clean from the moment you walk in, and they always have COVID-19 safety measures in place. My father was admitted with vascular dementia, which they tried to manage at home, but ultimately it wasn't possible. I had just had surgery for a torn ligament, and he weighed about 80 kilos; neither he nor we were living well. He's incredibly well cared for, always clean and shaved. The staff treats him with so much love and patience, and the fact that they don't use restraints was a major factor in our decision. I've had the terrible experience of seeing my father tied down in hospitals. They helped me with all the paperwork; they handled everything with incredible efficiency and kept me fully informed. Now, finally, I have peace of mind knowing that despite his deteriorating condition due to his illness and other health issues, he couldn't be in a better place. Thank you again; I can never express my gratitude enough.

My mother-in-law, Isabel, has been at this nursing home since February, and we're very happy. They take great care of her, and she's very comfortable. Many thanks to all the staff at the center.

Terrible nursing home. They didn't feed my mother like the other residents and left her alone in her room. They behaved terribly, and she lost a lot of weight, and in 10 months she died of exhaustion. Nurse Diana instructed the assistants to barely feed her. Nurse Diana and the director Celina were following orders. Whose orders? At the Toledo hospital, they said she was anemic, which is normal for not feeding her. They didn't give me the paperwork and kept everything. Now I can't prove anything, but it's the truth. They also sent me a fax threatening to take action if I didn't remove the review I posted earlier. I don't mind if they sue me; I know they're more powerful and will win, but I want everyone to know that my mother died prematurely because of them.
