My grandmother stayed at this residence for a few months to rehabilitate after hip surgery. From the very first moment, when the social worker Mariangeles attended to us, the treatment was wonderful, as was the care from all the staff. I highly recommend it.

The residence is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and caring. They look after the residents and the food is quite good. We moved my grandfather to another residence and the transition couldn't have been better. Furthermore, the director answered all our questions and inspires a lot of confidence.

I've visited several times because I have family and friends there, and I always see a warm and caring approach towards the residents and their families. The facilities are spacious, bright, and very clean. There's plenty of activity and life for them. They always tell me the same thing: that they are very well cared for and happy with the food. I highly recommend the residence.

My experience at this residence has been quite disappointing. Although the price they charge is high, the services they offer are not up to par with what you pay. Furthermore, it seems that everything has an additional cost: from activities to basic care, which results in a real "money-making machine" exploiting residents and their families. The attention and treatment do not justify the expense, and it gives the impression that their main objective is to maximize profits rather than offer dignified and humane care for the elderly. I would not recommend this residence if you are looking for a place with good value for money and genuine care; do not place your loved one here. The curtains don't reach the floor, so the light comes in excessively, and the walls are stained, dirty, and worn, which, as I explained at the beginning, is not at all in line with what you pay. I may continue to share reviews of this place because it is an outrage.

Everything was terrible. I'm giving it a 1 because it won't let me give it a 0. They completely disregard residents' data protection and wishes, calling the wrong people for notifications. The food is very bad and there's not enough of it. It's very expensive for what they offer. The care is very poor in most cases, and there's a general lack of attention. Cleaning is okay, but there are also times when they take residents' belongings without permission and lie about it. The private physiotherapist is only available for two seconds—they're thieves. The rest of the staff is mediocre, with only a few good and kind caregivers. Management, the social worker, and the admins are only interested in numbers and money, and their availability is poor. Not recommended. RIP Auntie, we love you.
