Hello, I am the daughter of Conchi Maraver. My mother was admitted to the first floor on August 7, 2025, and remained there until October 18, 2025. From there, she was transferred to Santa Tecla Hospital, where she passed away on October 21, 2025. I want to express my gratitude for the excellent care my mother received from all the staff: the physiotherapists, the psychologist, the doctor, the nursing assistants, and the nurses. A special thank you to Víctor for his kindness and care.

I want to put on record the serious negligence that cost my grandfather his life at this care home. He died from severe urinary sepsis caused by a blockage in his catheter that no one detected in time. This type of infection is perfectly preventable with proper catheter monitoring, but at Ponent, there was absolutely no control or responsible medical care. It is unacceptable that elderly, vulnerable, and completely dependent people are under the care of a team that doesn't even detect such a critical failure in something as basic as a urinary catheter. How many hours or days was he like that without anyone noticing? Is this the "care" they offer? The lack of medical oversight and humanity is alarming. I cannot recommend this care home under any circumstances. No one deserves to spend their last days in a place where the lives of the residents seem to matter little. And to families looking for a care home: please do your research before taking your loved one there.

The care received on the second floor leaves much to be desired. We have perceived a significant lack of humanity in the treatment, and we consider that some of the staff are not prepared or suitable to work in direct care for people. Unfortunately, my father lived some of the worst days of his life under these conditions, and it is an experience that no family should have to endure.

Uisss uissssd uiissss, Vanessa va siempre como una moto, Jenifer es un puro nervio, Almazán no sé cómo no está desquiciada con tanto paciente y encima los familiares. Subo estrellas porque hemos d entender q intentan hacer su trabajo lo mejor q pueden, con los medios que tienen. Si pudieran tener más personal pues se sobreentiende que todo iría mejor. La comida he visto que está bastante bien y abundante. Y según el turno pues más o menos simpáticos. Volveré y tal vez vaya subiendo 😃

Everything's pretty on the outside ☺️, but reality is a different story🤷. What really matters is something else, not the patients... Everything is a business these days. Nothing is real! Watch out! Because they don't take care of the patients.
