It wasn't an easy decision, but after careful consideration, we believe this is the perfect place for my mother. We especially liked the spaciousness of the facilities and the terraces. We sincerely hope she feels right at home here; we're confident we've made the right choice. Best regards to the whole team.

There's nothing good I can say about this place. They sell it to you as a second home for your family, but for the price residents pay, the conditions are appalling. They refuse to increase staffing levels, and the caregivers and cleaning staff are overwhelmed and unable to provide quality care. The food is also of poor quality; they make sure the presentation is good enough to satisfy the families in every way. But really, both the supervisory team and the current director, Sara, should be investigated because they are NOT doing a job worth what our families pay to stay in these facilities.

Without a doubt, it's the most outstanding senior living residence in Reus. My whole family is more than satisfied, especially with the outdoor spaces, where my father loves spending time playing chess with his friend. It's a high-quality place, with a price that reflects the service they provide.

I've been very disappointed, to be honest. Where to begin... business cards are often missing, there's a staff shortage, residents' belongings frequently go missing, families aren't informed of important changes, and the food is repetitive and there's very little of it. The only positive points are the facilities and the good location; otherwise, don't even think twice. Although I do want to emphasize that the staff is very attentive, it's not enough.
