Residència Mirador Barà goza de una valoración muy positiva entre los familiares de los residentes, quienes destacan especialmente la profesionalidad del equipo, la calidad de la atención y el buen trato recibido, además del entorno agradable y las actividades disponibles. Aunque la mayoría de las opiniones son excelentes, hay menciones menores sobre la gestión de pertenencias personales y la necesidad ocasional de mejorar en la consistencia del personal, aspectos que no restan valor general a la residencia.

My mother has been living in the care home for over a year now, and although she struggled to adjust at first, she's now very happy. They treat her very well; she's well looked after and cared for. Most of the staff are very professional. There are always exceptions, though. Not everyone is suited for the same job. It's true that when there has been a staff member who hasn't behaved as they should, the management has intervened. I wouldn't give it a perfect 5, as perfection is almost impossible, but it comes close.

An excellent center, with quality of life for its residents, a team of professionals, and incredible humanity for all its residents. I recommend it 100%. It should be valued by external departments as a quality residence, and they should be given credit for it.

The staff is pleasant and friendly. I'm very happy with the way they treat my uncle. Their only flaw, in my opinion, is the care they take of my uncle's belongings (clothes and wheelchair). Personal belongings sometimes get lost, too. But overall, it's good.

My assessment of the center is very positive. I have always been treated kindly and responsibly. My aunt is hospitalized and has gradually adapted, as the change from living alone and independently to quickly becoming ill, hospitalized, and dependent was quite traumatic. They treated us and made everything as easy as possible. My aunt is relatively mentally clear and explains to me how she lives there and the activities they do. She is happy. It's not a luxurious place, but the room has natural light, light colors, and everything is perfect. They have many amenities, which I like, too. And they always answer all my questions kindly, and there is a lot of communication via email. The surroundings are very beautiful, and you can sit with your family on a bench surrounded by pine trees, listening to the birds. Due to Covid, visits to the interior cannot be made normally, but it is completely understandable since residences are very vulnerable places.
