This nursing home is awful. They don't have cleaning supplies; they clean with water. They don't even have diapers for the elderly residents. They lack the basics, and the poor elderly people are unpaid. It's a disaster, and complaints are useless. Don't take your relatives there; some families are already moving them to other residences.

This care home is not recommended at all. My relative has only been there for two months and we've already requested a transfer. They don't organize any activities, the social worker doesn't care about the residents and never takes responsibility for anything, the director only cares about billing and doesn't resolve any issues, the social worker only cares about admissions and never follows through on what she promises during the interview... It's a complete disaster. The caregivers don't care for the residents and are just there for the job. I was told that with the changes at Sophos and the manager in Barcelona, the care home was a disaster, but I never imagined it would be this bad.

Very bad residence, not even as an alternative, they promise you paradise and go straight to hell. One night my mother-in-law fell and they sent her to the emergency room, in terrible conditions, even the doctors were amazed at the state of hygiene when she arrived, what shame and embarrassment I felt!!!! They dress them in the first thing they grab from her closet, whether it's hers or not, wrinkled or not, it matches or not, yes, depending on the assistant who dresses them. They put diapers on them even if they don't need them, they say they change them 3 times a day, a lie!! There are 2 assistants for 60 grandparents and that's not counting the weekends when according to the director is absenteeism on the part of the assistants. From the time my mother-in-law arrived the following month she contracted scabies, continuously with her until we were able to get her out, 7 months with scabies. No activities, rooms are like ovens in the summer. The director and social worker are arrogant, and when you meet with them to formalize the complaints, she writes everything down on paper. Luckily, my mother-in-law was only there for eight months, and we were able to move her to another fully public nursing home. Now she's doing well, at least we're all more at ease.

TERRIBLE, HORRID. They treat them like cattle, waking them up in the morning and taking them down to the dining room, where they just throw them all together—those with scabies with those with COVID… My mother was given an overdose of medication and had to be hospitalized. And nobody was responsible! Nobody took responsibility! They don't even pay attention to them when they need to go to the bathroom (which, by the way, is always disgusting). They put diapers on them so they don't bother anyone! The director is arrogant and doesn't even listen to you; she's only interested in money! What a shame for people who trust us enough to leave their loved ones there, thinking they'll be okay! How they deceive us! The health authorities should go and see what's happening at that residence (if you can even call it that) and shut it down. There are only two or three caregivers who have any heart, but the poor things can't handle everything! There's a serious staff shortage, starting with a doctor! There's a lack of empathy, activities, hygiene, and above all, a lack of humanity! I'm giving it one star because otherwise I can't leave a review! But I wouldn't give it even one star because that would be too much! We family members should get together and file a complaint because they don't listen to one person alone! I got my mother out of there!

Very disappointed with the center. Everything was fine for a while, but for the last few months it's been a disaster. The staff are unmotivated, and the new management leaves much to be desired. The caregivers are indifferent, and the technicians are only interested in their own affairs. We, the families, have already informed the Social Services department and hope they will change the center's management.
