I put one star because I can't put one. The management is terrible, they should do something else. It's disgusting how they take care of the elderly, without empathy, sitting all day, shouting at them, laughing at them, not cleaning them, it's very sad. The staff has no training or ability to take care of the elderly and the director is the worst I've ever encountered in my life. I recommend you don't set foot in this residence.
