Residència L'Onada Riudoms destaca por su personal altamente dedicado, profesional y compasivo que brinda atención personalizada a los residentes, así como por sus instalaciones modernas, limpias y bien adaptadas para personas mayores. Sin embargo, algunos residentes han reportado inconsistencias en el servicio durante las comidas, como la falta de cubertería, servilletas y agua, lo que indica que aunque la calidad general es excelente, hay aspectos operativos en el servicio diario que requieren mejora.

Today, from the bottom of my heart, I want to express my sincerest gratitude to the entire staff of the residence where Loli Valero lived. I've had the opportunity to see firsthand how they work every day. I'm not speaking from hearsay, but from what I've witnessed: dedication, respect, professionalism, and above all, immense affection for each and every resident. It's not just a job for them; it's a calling. They form a large family that welcomes, cares for, and pampers those who live there with a truly moving humanity. From the first to the last employee, regardless of their position or role, everyone contributes something essential. Every smile, every act of patience, every kind word, and every thoughtful gesture makes all the difference. I'm convinced they've earned their place in heaven because what they do goes far beyond their job duties: they give their time, their hearts, and their dignity. I also want to highlight the facilities: always clean, tidy, comfortable, modern, and perfectly organized. Everything is designed for the well-being of our residents, creating a safe, pleasant, and warm environment. Thank you for your daily dedication, your compassion, and for ensuring that Loli Valero was cared for, accompanied, and loved. Your work leaves a lasting impression and deserves our utmost recognition. With all my respect and gratitude.

I would like to express my displeasure at lunchtime, I don't usually have, never, the most laid out, no cutlery, no napkins, no bread, no water, and the meal is often over 1:15 p.m. and if I don't ask, they don't serve it. I follow all the guidelines set by the center but they don't follow them very well The location, unbeatable, the center, well adapted for older people, good food, good too This continues the same Camí d'un quarto dos and not the standing table, a shame. They pass through the door and don't even deign to see that we have no cutlery, nothing, and no intention of bringing food

A residence with excellent professionals. They are very attentive to people with disabilities, and the center is very welcoming. Very satisfied.

Clean, charming, and with professional and dedicated staff. It's very spacious, with modern facilities. It has a gym and staff who are attentive to each patient's needs. The social worker is very dedicated and compassionate. It has outdoor gardens and video surveillance. I'm so happy to have my mother there. For the last five years, she was in a nursing home, which I won't name to avoid giving it bad publicity. It doesn't deserve any bad press; they had her drugged and treated her like she was mentally ill—shameful! Here at L'Onada Riudoms, she receives the care and respect she deserves. It's a highly recommended center. Since she moved and I've been aware of her condition, I sleep better at night and have complete confidence in her well-being.
