I am a relative of a resident and I am writing this review with great concern. On several occasions, I have witnessed that my grandfather is not receiving adequate care. We have found him without having eaten and without sufficient supervision. Furthermore, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, both in his room and in the common areas. I believe that the treatment of elderly people should be dignified and humane, and we are not seeing that at this facility. It pains me deeply to have to write this, but I believe other families should be informed. I hope that the management will take urgent measures to improve the care and treatment of the residents.

Last week I had the pleasure of attending a calçotada (a traditional Catalan barbecue) at the care home where my mother lives. My surprise, once again, wasn't so much the overall professionalism, but the dedication they show to our elderly residents. Óscar, the director, was magnificent, entertaining the residents with music, but it wasn't just him, it was his entire team. Marisa, Mariló, Miriam, and all the staff gave their all to ensure our parents and grandparents enjoyed themselves. I'm so happy knowing I'm leaving my mother in the best hands. Thank you so much! I hope that when my time comes, I'll find people like this. When such a difficult job is done so well, it deserves to be acknowledged.

It is a residence located in the old Red Cross Hospital of Tarragona, remodeled. I have more than three years of experience with two interns who depended on me. One of them is currently in a psychiatric ward with patients with severe cognitive impairment. The institution has a doctor, nurses and, very important in this type of institution, physiotherapists and social educators. It is clean and the attention to the interns is very correct, the staff is affectionate and treats them well from all points of view. Even more so from a closed ward as is the case. It is located in a central place so that people who know the interns can get there easily. That is why I consider it a good choice with the experience that three years of observations provide.

Hello, I was lucky enough to get a place for my mother Rosa in this residence before she moved into her own. She was on the 4th floor, with wonderful professionals and, above all, magnificent people. Their humanity and empathy were truly exceptional. They cared for my mother as if she were family, with outstanding affection. Sending kisses and hugs to everyone on the 4th floor, especially Diana :) Thank you all for everything.
