After staying at this residence for 21 days, I encountered some very unpleasant things. 1: I found dirt on the floor, under the bed, and on the railing with traces of dried blood. 2: The mattress had protruding springs. 3: The care provided to the resident was appalling, as I found that they were using two diapers, causing sores in her groin.

For giving her a family and a home filled with peace and tranquility, and for all the care you provided, even during the most difficult times, such as the pandemic. I couldn't be happier! I love seeing how well my dad is doing! He seems relaxed, very family-oriented, everything is super clean, and the food is a 10. Every time I go, it reminds me of my grandmother's cooking. The truth is that after two nursing homes, I felt at home. As the name suggests, it is exactly that. I have to add that I didn't think it would be my final destination, since my father is very special. 🫶🏾

My mother stayed at this residence, and I can attest that the facilities, staff, and treatment are all outstanding. They truly treat both our elderly residents and their families with the utmost care. Clean, homey, respectful, and incredibly compassionate... Thank you for everything; I will never forget your kindness.

My mother started at the day center, and when her condition worsened, she moved to the care home. She entered in 2015 and passed away almost two years ago. I should add that the staff are professional, kind, and have huge hearts. They treat the elderly residents like family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is varied and of good quality, just like they would eat at home. I highly recommend it. If any staff member doesn't treat the elderly well, they are given a warning, and if they don't meet the required standards, they are replaced with professional and kind-hearted people. They are attentive to any health problems you may have and inform family members immediately. They have physiotherapy 5 days a week for two hours, memory training equipment, a lounge, well-equipped bedrooms, and good amenities. My mother was always clean and well cared for. Thank you for the great work you did for her. Finally, I'd like to mention that during the COVID outbreak, residents slept at the center and took turns every 15 days, making them one of the few residences that remained COVID-free.
